- How long does it take to process my order?
Most orders are process within 24 hours. However, if your order includes popular items experiencing stock availability issues, it might take between 5-10 business days to process. If you need urgent assistance or have any concerns, please reach out to our Support Team.
2. What is your return policy?
We have a 30-day return policy. To be eligible for return, the item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused with tags and in its original packaging. Please note that returns for perishable goods, custom products, personal care goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases are not accepted. 3. How can I initiate a return?
To start a return, please contact us at support@luxeelleshop.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instruction on how and where to send the package. Please note that items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
4. What should I do if I received a defective or wrong item?
If you received a defective, damage or incorrect item, please inspect it upon reception and contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
5. How long does it take to receive a refunds?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval of your refund. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to processed the refund.

8. What should I do if I haven't received my package?
